Midwest Best Italian Sausage Spice Mix

Midwest Best Italian Sausage Seasoning offers a unique Italian flavor in your choice of Mild, Original, or Spicy.  It's great for making Sausage using Wild Game or Domestic Meats. Simply mix Midwest Best Italian Sausage Seasoning with your choice of meat and it's ready to cook!  In addition, Midwest Best Italian Sausage Seasoning can be used as a Steak Seasoning, Hamburger Patty Seasoning, or to make Italian Meatballs for Spaghetti or Meatball Sandwiches!

 

Season your Steaks using Midwest Best Italian Sausage Spice Mix!

Lightly moisten the Steak with a cooking oil or spray, apply Midwest Best Italian Sausage Seasoning Mix.  Turn the Steak over and repeat to opposite side, cook Steak to desired finish.

 

Cook Better Tasting Hamburgers using Midwest Best Italian Sausage Spice Mix!

Lightly moisten the Hamburger Patties with a cooking oil or spray, apply Midwest Best Italian Sausage Seasoning Mix.  Turn the Hamburger Patties over and repeat to opposite side, cook to desired finish.

 

Make Italian Meatballs using Midwest Best Italian Sausage Spice Mix!

For every 1 lb of meat, Mix:

2 and 1/2 tbsp of Italian Sausage Spice Mix
1/4 cup of Milk
1/3 cup of Bread Crumbs
1 Egg

Mix well, then add 1 lb of ground meat and mix. Form meatballs, and then cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Confirm meat is fully cooked prior to consumption.

Midwest Best Italian Sausage Spice Mix is now available premixed with pork meat or chicken meat from the Meat Department at select Kansas City area Hy-Vee Stores.  Look for it in the meat counter service case or in the prepackaged meat section.
